  • “What can a virtual assistant help me with?” is not a useful question to ask yourself (here’s why)

“What can a Virtual Assistant help me with?” is a question that will waste a lot of your time. And If you’ve ever Googled this then you’ll know why…the list is obnoxiously long.

We live in a world that is so refined, there is nothing that cannot be automated, delegated or outsourced. Even down to your marketing and sales processes.

You can outsource ANYTHING in your business if you find the right person or company to do it!

A question that would be more helpful to you and your current circumstances is this; “What tasks should I prioritise to outsource?”

There is a simple process to follow to get to your answer. A process of elimination that narrows down that very long list of possibilities.

    1. What is overwhelming you?
    2. What do you enjoy doing the least?
    3. What is going to make you money (money-making activities)?
    4. What am I comfortable letting go of?

The video below goes into each one of these points in more detail!

This should leave you with 4-5 tasks that you can start seeking the right person to fit. Like Cinderella’s glass slipper, the perfect fit probably won’t happen with the first person you meet but don’t get discouraged. Your person is out there.

If your priority tasks are marketing related such as content repurposing and social media scheduling, email marketing, community management (like Facebook groups) etc. then we, at Eva, could be a great fit. Book a complimentary discovery call and together, we can discuss where you can find your glass slipper and whether my Team could fit the role.
